We currently offer shipping across Pakistan. For international inquiries, please contact our support team directly.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Standard Delivery: Once processed, your order will reach you within 3–5 business days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) and 5–7 business days for other regions.

  • Custom Orders: Handcrafted or personalized items may take 10–14 business days for production and delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated based on weight and destination.

4. Safe Packaging & Handling

Given the fragile nature of marble and stone, we use premium reinforced packaging to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. Every piece is inspected and securely wrapped before leaving our facility.

6. Damaged Items during Transit

While we take every precaution, if your item arrives damaged, please:

  1. Photograph the damaged item and the original packaging.
